We also collect data you enter into the platform including property information, inspection data, photos, financial data, work orders, estimates, and invoices. We automatically collect usage data such as device information, browser type, and interaction patterns to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the platform, process your transactions, send transactional notifications (work order updates, estimate approvals, invoice status), improve our services, and communicate with you about your account. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled on all tables. Photos and media are stored in secure cloud storage. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement access controls to protect your information. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared between platform users only as necessary for the service — for example, work orders are shared between property managers and assigned vendors, and inspection reports are shared with authorized team members. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (email delivery, cloud hosting) under strict data processing agreements.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your language preference, and store your authentication state. The platform also uses browser local storage (IndexedDB) to enable offline functionality — this data stays on your device and syncs to our servers when you reconnect.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your inspection data and reports at any time using the platform's built-in export features. To request account deletion or a copy of all your data, contact support@assetatlaspro.com.
7. Children's Privacy
Asset Atlas Pro is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
