1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Asset Atlas Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including property managers, vendors, contractors, and any other individuals accessing the service.
2. Description of Service
Asset Atlas Pro is a real estate operations platform providing tools for property acquisitions and underwriting (Atlas Acquire), property management and operations (Atlas Operate), and vendor/contractor business management (Atlas Pro). The platform includes inspection capture, work order management, estimating, invoicing, and related features.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Asset Atlas Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfere with other users' access, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
Asset Atlas Pro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Asset Atlas Pro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data, photos, and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
6. Data and Content
You are responsible for all data and content you enter into the platform. Property inspection data, photos, financial information, and other content you create remain your property. We will not sell your data to third parties. Data may be shared between users on the platform as necessary for the service (e.g., work orders shared between property managers and vendors).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Asset Atlas Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Financial calculations, property assessments, and deal analyses provided by the platform are tools for reference and do not constitute professional financial or real estate advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asset Atlas Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though we may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
